I am Mihaela Racanel, founder of AdminLitoral and AdminCazare. Together with our team and local partners, I manage and promote holiday properties on the coast, in the mountains and in Bucharest.
I studied business management and digital marketing. I use pricing analysis, property presentation and guest feedback to improve every part of the management process.
I offer property management, revenue management, online promotion and property branding for short stays.
My mission is to help owners earn more profit. I look at results after rates, platform fees and costs, not just booking volume. Actual profit depends on the property, season and market.
Our property management work began in Mamaia. The team and local partners in Năvodari, Constanța and Brașov handle on-site operations, while I personally coordinate strategy, rates, bookings and collaboration with the team.
