The person behind the service
Mihaela Racanel
I founded AdminLitoral and AdminCazare, two projects focused on managing and promoting tourist properties on the coast, in the mountains and in Bucharest.
I studied business management and digital marketing. I use pricing analysis, property presentation and guest feedback to improve every part of the management process.
Through Mihaela Racanel P.F.A., I offer property management, revenue management, online promotion and property branding for short stays.
My mission is to help owners earn more profit. I look at results after rates, platform fees and costs, not just booking volume. Actual profit depends on the property, season and market.
Mihaela Racanel P.F.A. has a place of business in Mamaia, where I started my property management business. Local team members in Năvodari, Constanța and Brașov handle on-site work, while I personally coordinate strategy, rates, bookings and the team.

Can I still use my property as a holiday home?
Yes. We know that many owners bought their property first as a place for their own holidays and then as a source of income. You can plan personal stays whenever you wish: tell us your dates, we block available nights in the calendar, and we honour existing confirmed bookings. We agree on the process together.
Do you work with guesthouses, hotels and companies?
Yes. We consider individual and company owners of apartments, cabins, villas, guesthouses and hotels. We review each opportunity and get involved where management, revenue strategy and promotion can make a concrete contribution to business results.
