Our priority areas

We assess apartments, cabins, villas, guesthouses and hotels owned by individuals or companies. The destinations below are our priorities; we can also discuss nearby properties, depending on team availability.

Coast · priority

Mamaia Nord and Mamaia. We also consider Năvodari, Constanța and other areas on the Black Sea coast.

Bucharest · city centre

Apartments and other homes in the city centre and central tourist areas, suited to urban stays.

Mountains · priority

Sinaia, Predeal, Bran, Rucăr and Poiana Brașov. We can also assess nearby tourist destinations.

What we can handle

Property preparation and online presentation, demand-based pricing, calendar synchronisation, bookings, guest communication and local operational coordination. We can also develop your direct booking channel.

Management commission starts at 10%. Cleaning and supplies are paid separately in this package. Full management and selected services are also available; terms are agreed in the offer for your property.

We then discuss which services we can provide in your area and how we track revenue, costs and the results of our partnership.
