Guest arrival and departure registration in Romania

A reservation does not always identify everyone entering the home. Owners should know who stayed, and we organise guest registration at check-in.

Which guest form?

Romanian tourist accommodation rules call it the guest arrival and departure notification form (“Fișa de anunțare a sosirii și plecării turistului”). Government Decision 237/2001 and its norms require guest registration at arrival and this form or, where applicable, the building register for tourist accommodation structures. It is separate from the ANAF accommodation occupancy form used for tax records.

Our process

1. Before arrival, explain what information guests must provide and how.
2. At check-in, check identity documents and register the people actually staying under the procedure applicable to the property.
3. Check completion of the arrival and departure form and handle changes to the group.
4. Restrict access to records and inform the owner without unnecessary sharing of personal information or ID copies.

Why it matters

Registration helps establish who used the property and clarify issues after checkout. We link it to the reservation, inventory and cleaning team inspection. It does not replace photos, a damage report or the claims process.
