What does short-term rental management include?
AdminCazare can handle property listings and promotion, pricing, calendar synchronisation, bookings, guest communication and cleaning coordination. Services are agreed in your individual offer.
How much does property management cost?
Commission starts at 10%, with cleaning and supplies paid separately by the owner. The 25% full management package also includes cleaning labour after each stay and supplies. Repairs, utilities and maintenance remain the owner's responsibility.

AdminCazare provides services for properties in Bucharest, Constanța and on the Black Sea coast, as well as Prahova, Brașov and Argeș. We discuss availability and the services your property needs before preparing an offer.
