Our priority locations

We consider apartments, cabins, villas, guesthouses and hotels owned by individuals or companies. The resorts below are a particular focus; nearby locations can be discussed depending on local coverage.

Coast · priority

Mamaia Nord and Mamaia. We can also consider Năvodari, Constanța and other Black Sea locations.

Central Bucharest

Apartments and other properties in the city centre and central tourist areas, suited to urban stays.

Mountains · priority

Sinaia, Predeal, Bran, Rucăr and Poiana Brașov. Nearby tourist areas can also be reviewed.

How we can help

Property presentation and online listings, rates adjusted to demand, calendar syncing, bookings, guest communication and local operations. We can also develop direct bookings.

Management starts at a 10% commission. With this package, the owner pays cleaning and supplies separately. Full management and selected services are also available; exact terms are set in a tailored proposal.

What to share with us

Send the location, property type, bedrooms, guest capacity, a few current photos and your goals. If it is also your holiday home, tell us when you wish to use it. We can block available dates while honouring confirmed bookings.

We can then discuss local coverage, the right services, and how to track revenue, costs and results.
